My name is Bob Davis. I am a recent cancer survivor. A month before I was diagnosed with throat cancer I was on a fishing trip in the Keys with my best friends. In Islamorada they bought me a Bob The Fish shirt. It was the "Without attitude you're just bait" shirt. I regularly wore this to my radiation and chemotherapy sessions. My treatment lasted two and one half months and as most cancer treatments it was hell. The shirt always got positive comments and brought smiles to both patients and caregivers. Attitude is critical and often the most important factor in surviving both the treatments and cancer itself.
I am also the General Manager of four radio stations in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are heavily involved in the Relay for Life in Northeastern North Carolina.
